What is Pairtel?

1. Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

By registering for an account on Pairtel, you agree to these Terms of Service and Use and the Pairtel Privacy Policy. Your use of Pairtel's services is governed by these terms together with our Privacy Policy.

Pairtel may update, modify, or replace portions of these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on the platform.

Where changes materially affect users, Pairtel may provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you may stop using the services and, where applicable, close your account.

You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of Pairtel following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
